Canadians have the right to free speech on social media and online platforms. That right is vital to hold politicians accountable.

Legal experts are warning that Bill C-10 will allow bureaucrats to censor the internet.

Young Canadians like me believe that,

-Free speech is a fundamental right

-Bureaucrats shouldn’t be limiting what Canadians post or watch online

-This is a slippery slope and opens the door for bureaucrats to regulate more content

-Social media and online platforms are crucial for government accountability

We, the undersigned, call on the federal government to stop its censorship of online content and scrap Bill C-10.
